WOCO Group starts collaboration with Huana since 2014

　　WOCO Group was set up in 1956. Its headquarter is located in Germany and engaged in auto parts manufacture which are used in damping, noise and tail gas emission reduction. Plants and sales service are also set up in America, Russia, France and India over 20 countries in the world. WOCO Group serves for many well-known auto brands such as Bentley, BMW, Chrysler, Daimler, Audi, Porsche, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover and so on.

　　The first project between Huana and WOCO Group began in 2014. Since then, we take part in auto function part development and manufacture with WOCO Group like strainer related products. The most difficult point is how to avoid deformation during injection. So we have to firstly make judgement to optimize our mold design in advance by mold flow analysis. As a result, we succeeded in prevent from deformation and the product could meet customer’s satisfaction.
