  　On August 19, 2020, the scorching heat continued, and the mold test workshop was also making preparations for the first mold test of the company's largest mold so far.

　　The mold product is the left and right trim panels of the automobile auxiliary instrument panel. The mold is 2 holes. The mold size is 1200 * 1700 * 1650mm and the weight is about 21 tons. Under the intensive production plan, the processing time only takes 8 weeks, and the mold is arranged to be tested on a 1600 ton machine.

　　At 9:00 a.m., the mold erection has been completed, and the fot samples are successfully produced at about 11:00 p.m. The customer participated in the whole process of mold trial on site, and the first sample was unanimously praised and recognized by the customer's mold engineer, product engineer and quality engineer.
